2. Difficulty of post-press processing

(1) Estee Lauder cosmetics cartons often have 1-2 post-press processing difficulties. Although the lid and bottom box type adopted has a simple structure, the printing patterns on the cartons need to be connected and aligned on multiple sides. In addition, it requires large-scale concave alignment, which is technically difficult. General carton processing enterprises do not have this processing ability. In addition, it is also difficult for many carton processing enterprises to take anti-scratch measures on the surface of gold card paper and silver card paper.

(2) Although Dior cosmetic cartons do not have special difficulties in post-press processing, because they use special paper, the paper has a large expansion rate, and the paper surface is not protected, so the alignment when making cartons and the finishing and glue wiping after making are themselves a major difficulty.

Dior cosmetic cartons also have very high-quality requirements. The following points should be paid attention to when making.

(1) Select the glue with high solid content, properly strengthen the bonding force of the glue, and use a thinner glue layer to achieve better bonding effect. It is best to have an anti overflow system on the equipment to reduce the phenomenon of glue overflow.

(2) Arrange skilled operators to carry out production operations, and require them to act in a standardized manner, to achieve one-time arrival, to reduce the probability of stopping and wiping glue in the production process of cartons.

(3) During proofing, it is necessary to measure the expansion rate of the paper after absorbing glue, to modify the relevant knife die according to the expansion rate when cutting face paper, and to offset the expansion deformation of the paper.

(4) Control the temperature and humidity of the workshop. Each process is equipped with a dehumidification link to keep the humidity of the whole production line relatively constant, to reduce the expansion and deformation of the paper.

L’Oreal cosmetic carton
